Termination for the CDK University subscription is subject to a notice period of two (2) months, calculated from the end of the calendar month in which the termination request is submitted.
Termination requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@cdk-company.com.
By way of illustration: if a Member submits a termination request on 15 January 2025, the subscription will remain active until 30 March 2025. As of 1 April 2025, the Member will no longer be required to pay the subscription fee and will no longer be entitled to access or use the facilities and services of CDK Company.
